Avoid Returns: Try Before You Buy!

We want you to be completely satisfied with every Signature Minerals product you purchase. This is why we offer free samples and/or inexpensive samples of our mineral makeup and skin care products. 

Returning Product

Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, please contact us right away. We will gladly accept the return of any unsatisfactory product if received back within 15 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit to use on our website for your purchase price. The credit may be used for any items on our website within 12 months of issue. Please note that we do not offer credit back to your charge card and that both the original shipping fees and your return shipping cannot be included in the credit.

Damaged

If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials (and be prepared to take pictures) so that we may successfully file an insurance claim on your behalf. We will make it right for you.

Wrong Item

If you receive the wrong product (something other than what you ordered), notify us asap - preferably within 48 hours of delivery. We will email you a return shipping label so you can return the product at our expense and we will send you the item you ordered at our expense.

Important to Know

Do Not Return Any Product without a RMA number. If we receive a package without the proper RMA number, it will not be opened; we will dispose of it.

Samples, Sig News Gifts, and Gift Certificates are NOT eligible for return.

If your item was purchased from an outside source (store, boutique, etc) you must contact the person/store you purchased from. 

Returned items are not resold.
