I tried another generic based mineral company out on the web before I knew about you. Although, I loved their foundation shade and it was a perfect match, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of [customer service]. It took a couple of days to contact them [about a big error they made on my order].

Your products are a much better value for your customers budget. They are a finer ground powder making them much smoother and easier to apply. You are very giving to us with your samples.

Keep up the good work! Looking great does not have to cost a bundle.

Here's my story:

I found you after a horrible experience with a (TV) brand. At first I thought, "Wow, this stuff looks great!" Then my face broke out and took weeks to heal. (I don't even have sensitive skin).

BISMUTH OXYCLORIDE - very nasty stuff! Check your ingredients. Many big name brands use this substance as a filler to stretch their already over-priced product. Then they have the nerve to call their products GOOD for your skin.

Now for the good stuff:

With your generous sample offering folks can find exactly the right colors before investing in the full sized product. Even then, your prices are so reasonable the "frugal shopper" in me feels like I'm getting a completely sinful bargain. "Take that, you drug store cosmetic counters!!!"

The fun of mineral makeup is that you get to play "mad scientist", mix shades and play with makeup like a kid again! It's great fun!

The Buki brush is perfect. I ordered the full sized one. Now my foundation and veil can be applied much more quickly.

Here are a few of my Favorites:

Adobe Sun for Lips and Cheeks
Perfect match for a completely natural look. My skin is "fair" but not too fair - if this helps. I couldn't tell you whether I have pink, olive or yellow undertones.

Angel or Translucent Veil
Both work fine to blend everything together for a magazine like "air brushed" look.

For Eyes: Moss Dark, Charcoal and Terre Matte
My eyes are hazel (green, brown and gold). I use Moss and Charcoal for eyeliner and Terre Matte for shadow. As soon as my samples run out, I'll be ordering the smaller sized jars. They really do go a long way.

I love your products. I love the freedom to order what I want when I want.

I tried [TV mineral brand], but quickly became upset with their poor custumer service and being forced to purchase so much per order. Your company provides products that work better than [theirs] and a larger varity of products that are truly natural. Plus you provided me with free samples to try and the samples lasted about a month. I had to pay $30 +shipping for a kit from [that TV brand] that didn't even last a month.
