Well, I was actually pretty wrong, because I got to try everything out using the free sample. The first day, I bought the wrong colors, but people thought I had just gotten a tan, I got compliments from so many of my friends about my skin, which is usually very uneven and blotchy...not to mention OILY. So then, I went and got the right color finally, which is 6 Medium Light, so I'm pretty happy with that. Everyone seems to notice..." |
Linda explains what she is wearing...
Face:
I usually use the Multi-Tasking Concealer on my blemishes and capillaries (on my cheeks) and my forehead and nose area.
Then I like to use some 6.0 Medium Light Foundation.
Eyes:
For my eyes, I first brush on some Driftwood - Pearl Eye Color, an off-white shadow I had from another company on the brow and underneath, and then line my eyes with Black Eye Liner Eye Color. Since I didn't have a regular Eye Liner Brush, I used a pencil and dipped it into the Black and put it on.
Cheeks:
Next come my cheeks. Blush usually doesn't stay on, and doesn't really show up on my skin that well without looking overdone. Plum Delight Semi-Matte Shimmer Blush is amazing! It is light, and looks natural.
Finish:
Finally, I top everything off with my favorite Translucent Finishing Veil. It makes my face glow (in a good way)! Instead of having my usual oily complexion, it makes me look like my face has been airbrushed not only in pictures, but also in person.
Lips:
I used a clear lip balm on my lips.
