Goat Milk is good for your skin!
From A to Zinc-
Goat Milk is naturally packed full of nutrients that nourish and revitalize your skin. Goat milk contains vital vitamins of A, C, B1, B6, B12 and E, as well as zinc, citric acid, amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids, enzymes, and a variety of
other skin nourishing nutrients.
Caprylic Acid-
Goat Milk naturally contains Caprylic Acid which lends to the low alkalinity of our Goat Milk Soap. Being very close to the pH of your own skin, it also helps balance the pH of your skin allowing for better delivery of nutrients and moisture.
Unlike many goat milk soaps you see on the market today- our goat milk soap is truly hand made with love using only the finest ingredients!
Glycerin-
NOT all goat milk soap has it! Glycerin is a natural by-product of the soap making process. Glycerin is a skin softening humectant that is Sooo valuable as a skin care product,
many commercial soap makers skim the glycerin from their soap
and market it as a product all its own.
For the benefit of your skin (and ours), our handcrafted goat milk soap still contains all the glycerin - you will feel the difference.
The Goat Lady! | Our friend Dottie Cross (affectionately known as "the goat lady"), is wholely responsible for the making of this wonderful soap. She has been raising Purebred Nubian Dairy Goats and registered Mini-Nubians for many, many years.
I must tell you that Dottie's small herd of goats are not only very well cared for, they are very loved (probably spoiled rotten by most standards)!
Needless to say, Dottie is quite a goat expert - most importantly, she has years of experience and a real expertise when it comes to making goat milk soap that's just right! |
Using fresh goat milk along with natural beneficial oils, Dottie hand-crafts these soaps in small batches - this assures the freshness and quality of each bar.
Ingredients:
Fresh Goat Milk, Saponified Olive oil, Palm oil, Coconut oil;
Superfatted with
Jojoba oil or Shea Butter, and
Sweet Almond oil.
Scented varieties are lightly scented with high quality fragrance/essential Oils.
NO powdered milk. NO chemicals. NO artificial coloring. |

| As a finishing touch, each soap bar is imprinted with a Nubian Goat just like the one who so graciously supplied her fresh milk!

Your goat milk soaps come individually wrapped in clear cello bags - no fancy packaging.
Tips for getting the most from your soap:
Bars in use: don't let them melt away! If you don't have a soap dish that drains well - please get our Juniper Wood Soap Dish! This attractive wood soap dish is designed to keep your Goat Milk Soap from melting and washing away between uses!
Unused bars: if you don't have them sitting out for looks, leave one end of the cello wrapper open on each bar you aren't using so it can continue to cure.
