We ship to the US and Internationally to most countries. If your country isn't on our list please contact us - it may be an oversite!
All orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). See Shipping Rates and Time Lines below...
Order Processing and Shipping:
We strive to get your order processed, packaged and shipped in a very timely manner. We DO ship Mon-Fri. We Do Not ship on Sat, Sun or US holidays.
We do our best to have all paid orders processed and shipped in 24-48 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays).
*Please Note* Orders paid by Check or PayPal eCheck (through your bank via paypal) WILL NOT be processed until the payment has cleared our bank - period. No exceptions.
Processing/Shipping Time Line:This is a general guideline to help you know what to expect. While orders are usually processed and shipped sooner, please don't expect it.
Monday Orders > processed Tuesday; shipped by Wednesday.
Tuesday Orders > processed Wednesday; shipped by Thursday.
Wednesday Orders > processed Thursday; shipped by Friday.
Thursday Orders > processed Friday; shipped by Monday.
Friday Orders > processed Monday; shipped by Tuesday.
Saturday Orders > processed Mon/Tues; shipped by Wednesday.
Sunday Orders > processed Mon/Tues; shipped by Wednesday.
Confirmation: Shipping confirmation is sent via email as soon as your package ships. Make sure you provide a valid email address.
Arrival Time Line:US First Class: Please allow 5-7 days from your shipping day (above) for your package to arrive. US Priority: Please allow 2-3 days from your shipping day (above) for your package to arrive.
International, All: Please allow 14-28 business days from your shipping day (above) for your package to arrive.
Exceptions:
*Holidays- If your order, processing or shipping day falls on any US holiday please allow an extra day or 2 >> get dates.
*Order Changes- We do our best to accomodate timely order change requests, however if your order has been packaged, please allow an extra day or 2 >> get details.
Contact us if:
1) You have not received your Shipping Confirmation Email within 3 business days after placing your order;
2) You have not received your Package within 7 business days (US) or 28 business days (International) after receiving shipping confirmation.
