i - Changes & Returns

Order Changes

In the perfect world your order would be 100% accurate before checking out. In reality that doesn't always happen ~ we understand! If you need to make changes or add something to your order contact us by email as soon as possible. Unless your order has already shipped, we will gladly make the changes for you. If your order has been packaged it may delay shipping by a day or two. If your order has shipped we cannot make changes.


If you need to cancel your order, email us immediately. If it has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund your payment in full. If it has already shipped email us for instructions.


Damaged or Wrong Items.

If your products are damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly make it right. Please keep the packaging and invoice, be prepared to take photos and contact us via email within 48 hours of your receipt to report the problem.

Customer Decision.

PLEASE Try Before You Buy! You just can't go wrong when you sample first!!

Regardless, if you are not 100% satisfied with your products, email us within 5 days of your receipt. Include the Order ID and the details in your email. Trust me, we will work with you! If we determine a return is in order we will give you a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Authorized returns are honored with a store credit for the actual price you paid for the product.

Do NOT return a product to Signature Minerals without prior authorization.

Returned items are discarded - not resold.
