• Q. Does Signature Mineral Makeup have SPF?
  
  
  • A. Yes! Signature Mineral Makeup has an all natural SPF of about 15 that helps block both UVA and UVB rays.
    
    
• Q. Can Signature Minerals replace my usual sunscreen / sunblock?
  
  
  • A. This depends. Signature Mineral makeup has a natural SPF of about 15. This is quite sufficient for most people but for the very sun sensitive it just isn't enough. If you are currently using a sunscreen of greater than 15 or a sun block, please continue to do so!
    
    While Signature mineral makeup does provide good protection against both UVA and UVB rays, we want you to have the ultimate protection you need! SM is just not intended to replace heavy sunscreen or sunblock for those with very sun sensitive skin.
    
    
• Q. Is Signature Mineral Makeup waterproof?
  
  
  • A. No. There is no such thing as a truly water proof mineral makeup. However, your Signature mineral makeup IS as water resistant as any mineral makeup can be.
    
    It will stand up to your daily routine, your exercise routine and even a dip or two in the pool. However, to be quite honest, I wouldn't count on it to last for 10 laps in the pool!
